Keene Pumpkin Festival has won the Bronze Award from the Monadock Shopper News in 2012 and 2013 as the region's best fundraiser.
Many area non-profits earn their entire year's budget from their booths at the festival. We're proud that the festival helps the region year-round and thank everyone?non-profit volunteers and hungry customers?for making this magical aspect of the festival happen.

Craft Vendors

2) Download the Terms of Participation form, sign it, scan it and return it to us at .

3) We will email you an e-invoice which covers your booth space and liability insurance the day of the festival. The e-invoice will prompt you to pay with a credit card or by electronic bank check.

Introduction to Pumpkin Festival for Nonprofit Food Court Participants
In order to help more local groups benefit from the community-building and revenue potential of the annual Keene Pumpkin Festival, organizers offered a free orientation led by longtime participant Doug Mealey. Anyone involved with a local nonprofit cause who is interested in hosting a booth at the Pumpkin Festival is encouraged to check out the 3-part video, recorded at the public session in 2012.

Over the years, the Keene Pumpkin Festival has presented excellent entertainment by professional performers from near and far?all donated talent! Interested entertainers are encouraged to use the Performance Application Link to sign up for consideration.
